The UNILIFT Hoist

One hoist.
Unlimited height.

An electric wire-rope traction hoist for man-riding and material lifting. Its α-shaped rope path lets the rope pass through the machine, so lift height is limited only by the rope you deploy.

  • Man-riding certified Designed and certified to EN 1808 for lifting people, with safety devices built in.
  • 1,500 to 2,200 lbs WLL Three models, one platform. Single or three-phase, 208 V / 60 Hz.
  • Integrated OSLA brake Independent overspeed safety lock, factory-fitted. The hoist cannot run without it.

INSIDE THE UNILIFT

Engineered down to the last detail.

Standard Safety

Hoist main features.

All required safety devices integrated as standard, per EN 1808.

Built-in overload mechanism on the UNILIFT hoist

Built-in Overload Mechanism

When the load reaches or exceeds the limit, the hoist stops rising and will only descend. Trips at 125% WLL.

Manual safety lowering mechanism on the UNILIFT hoist

Safety Lowering Mechanism

In a power failure, the electro-mechanical brake can be released manually for a safe, controlled descent.

Hour counter in the UNILIFT connection box

Hour Counter

An internal running-hours counter in the connection box records operating time, so service intervals are always known.

UNILIFT attachment points and suspension options

Attachment Points

Suspend from a central load pin, or fix at the housing corners with a hook, screw or pins. Adaptable to any rig.

Built for consistency

How every UNILIFT traction hoist is produced

A semi-automated production line combines manufacturing efficiency with controlled assembly and inspection. Standardized processes improve consistency, production capacity, and reliability across every UNILIFT traction hoist.

Every unit passes defined quality-control stages and final factory testing before it leaves production.
